FitFab Long Run Group Training with Coach StephB Jan-Mar 2022
Saturday morning group coaching long runs, strength and mobility as part of Brooklyn Half Marathon training.
This program includes
7 in person coached long runs
1 prescribed long run to do solo (map provided)
1 virtual prep session week of race
strength videos
The Vault with bonus fitness, nutrition and wellness content
All the runs start at 7.30am; 3 of the runs will take place in Brooklyn and start at 7am
Suggested distances are approximate, some runners may be prescribed a specific duration rather than a distance, others might be prescribed specific pace blocks to follow.
Workouts are rain or shine
Bag check will be possible for some of the runs.
Facebook group + Text group for shared communication, experience and any bonus content.Saturday morning coached group long runs in NYC to prepare for BK half and NYCM.
Start date: Saturday March 26th - Saturday May 21st (Race Day!) 2022
Program will include mobility, strength, access to on demand workout videos, bonus nutrition guides, coach support and course strategy.
This course is closed for enrollment.
This program is good for you if:
- you are training for a half marathon
- you need accountability and support from a coach and community
- you know you gotta get that long run in and you need to learn to pace yourself
- you want to get to that start line with a "zero regrets, I didn't skip a beat and I am ready to rock this!"
- you know and value the importance of long runs, mobility work and strength exercises
This program is not for you if:
- you prefer to train solo
- you don't like to have fun on the run

Your Instructor
Coach StephB has over 20 years of experience in the fitness& wellness industry coaching groups and individuals.
She is a certified professional in
- ACE nutrition for weight management and sports performance
- ACE health & wellness
- ACE personal trainer
- RRCA Running Coach
- SCW group exercise, yoga & pilates for fitness and well being;
- FIA rehabilitation exercise specialist
- Reiki Certified Healer Level I
- Ballet BeFit Instructor
After overcoming a 27 year battle with bulimia, poor body image, low self esteem and working full time in corporate Steph decided it was turn to put her experience and learning into practice, in 2013 she went from instructor to coach and made it her daily mission to empower women to set themselves free from their limiting self beliefs, negative self talk, emotional eating & co, since then has worked with over thousands of women from all around the globe to enable them to unlock their true potential and truly shine their light on their beautiful horizon.
