Wednesday:Runners Strength
Full body strength workout using medium to light dumbbells (cans of soup, small bottles of water also work too!). This workout will benefit runners and non runners alike. We focus on building endurance, strength and power for all major muscle groups.
Combination of bodyweight, dumbbells and occasional use of resistance bands & foam roller.

When does the class start and finish?
The class starts at 12.30pm EST and finishes at 1pm ETS, the virtual classroom will open 5 minutes before and close 10 minutes after the end of the class in case you have any questions but also to offer community building opportunities as we all tune in from different parts of the globe.
How long do I have access to the class?
You access the class based on the subscription you have chosen :)
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy however due to the nature of a LIVE REAL TIME digital service I am unable to offer a refund BUT I would gladly entertain feedback and see how I can make it up to you to offer you a better experience.
